Product Availability 

If any product is out of stock, it will be shown as "sold out" and you will not be able to purchase that product. However, you can send us an email stating what item you want and your contact information. Once the product becomes available you will be sent a notification, we will not hold products for clients, the notification is a courtesy to let you know your product is back in stock. (Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice)

Please note: Pre-Made Wigs are first come first serve with limited quantity available, once sold out there is no time frame when we will be restocking.

Paypal Payment Policy

Your billing address and shipping address must be the same. Make sure yourentering in the correct billing address that's associated with your bank card. If you don't enter the correct billing address your card wont process the payment.

Processing/ Shipping 

Processingtakes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday( If you order on a Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday).

  • Domestic Express Shippingis 2-3 business days depending on your location.

  • Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shippingis 5-7 business days depending on your location.

  • International Shippingis 7-10 business days depending on your location

               All package delivery is with USPS, business days are Monday-Friday.

You will receive a tracking email immediately after your order is processed. After receiving a tracking email shipping activity will become available after 24 hours. Please track your package at www.USPS.com, your tracking number will come to your email via PayPal. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. If the tracking number is not received after 48hrs of placing your order please email customer service at customerservice@wigsbyloli.com.

Shipping Delays

All orders require a signature. For your convenience please do not wait until the last minute to place an order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagements it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of USPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charge. For further information please contact customer service at customerservice@wigsbyloli.com.

Failed Deliveries/ Refused Shipments

/ Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Note we do not ship to PO BOXES. Your order will be shipped to your billing address provided by Paypal via UPS. It is extremely important that you give them the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the $10 fee USPS charges us to make the correction. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDON SHIPMENTS.

Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please email us immediately. We will contact USPS right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending USPS's investigation of the situation

Returns/ Exchange

We understand in life things happen that is why we allow for you to alter orders before they are shipped out. To alter an order you must email us immediately at customerservice@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands and a changecannot be made.

An exchange can be made within seven (7) days. The hair or wig must not be unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, lace must not have been cut, no products added, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

                           ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM UNITS

You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Wigs By Loli will not be responsible for lost returns. Please do not return via UPS they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for.

We are pleased to offer returns on unopened hair extensions and pre-made wigs within seven (7) days of you receiving your order. Hair extensions/ pre-made wigs must not be opened, worn, lace cannot have been tampered with or altered in any way.

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of our work, not everyone is a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that is why we provide custom coloring services.

Before refunding your order, you must contact us at customerservices@wigsbyloli.com. A full refund excluding the original shipping cost will be issued to your original payment method after we received, inspected and confirmed that the return hair extension/ wig was not opened or altered. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48hrs.

Color Disclaimer

Since we only supply unprocessed virgin hair it comes in natural shades of 1 (Black), 1B (off black), 2 (dark brown), and 2B (dark brown with natural highlights/undertones). If you choose to color the hair, it takes and holds permermanent, semi-perimenanet, lifts and cellophane wonderfully. (Please seek professional assistant).
